30-day money-back guarantee. If your sandals aren't right for you, we'll issue a full refund — return shipping is on us.

1. Our Commitment: 30 Days to Try Them

At Margaux & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sandals. That's why we give you 30 days from the date you receive your order to try them at home, indoors, completely risk-free.

If they aren't right for you — whether due to size, comfort, or appearance — you can return them for a full refund.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the sandals must be:

• Returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

• In clean condition, without excessive use (an indoor try-on is expected, but not prolonged outdoor use).

• Accompanied by the order number or the provided return slip.

3. How to Return Your Order

Send an email to bonjour@margauxandco.com including:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return (size, comfort, or other)

We will email you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.

Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest Colissimo drop-off point.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days, using the payment method used for the original order.

4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.

Margaux & Co voluntarily goes beyond this legal requirement by offering you 30 days — that is, 16 additional days.

5. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Products that have been visibly worn outdoors beyond a normal indoor try-on (worn, dirty, or marked soles).

• Products damaged due to improper use after delivery.

6. Defective or Damaged Products Upon Delivery

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described:

• Contact us within 48 hours at bonjour@margauxandco.com and include a photo of the product received.

• We will provide a full refund or send you a free replacement, according to your preference.

• You will not incur any return costs — we will cover everything.

7. Statutory Guarantees

Regardless of our commercial 30-day money-back guarantee, all our products are covered by the following statutory guarantees:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): 2 years.

• Legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): 2 years from the date the defect is discovered.
